Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24-48 hours
  • Investigate the claim thoroughly
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material if the claim is valid
  • Notify the content provider of the removal (if applicable)
  • Provide you with confirmation of action taken

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the removed material and its location
  • Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

InfoMinute has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
